You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returned products must be:

unworn,

undamaged,

in their original condition,

returned together with the original packaging.

Returns showing signs of use that diminish the value of the product may be rejected.

Return Shipping Costs

As part of our sustainable and fair pricing approach, we do not offer free returns.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Products Excluded from Exchange

The following products are excluded from returns:

personalized or custom-made products

earrings, for hygiene reasons

used, damaged, or altered products

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply contact us by email within this period.

After declaring your withdrawal, the product must be returned to us within a reasonable period of time.
