30-Day Voluntary Return Policy
In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary return period of 30 days from the date you receive your order.
For returns made under this voluntary policy, products must be unworn, undamaged and in a condition suitable for resale. Please include the original packaging whenever possible.
Your statutory right of withdrawal during the first 14 days remains unaffected by these additional conditions.
How to Start a Return
Email us at info@froye.at and include your order number and the items you would like to return.
We will then provide you with the necessary return instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping unless the item was delivered incorrectly, damaged or defective.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
Exceptions
The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to goods made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised for you.
For sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, the statutory right of withdrawal may cease after the seal has been removed, provided the relevant legal requirements are met.
Statutory Right of Withdrawal
For online purchases, you generally have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, you must clearly inform us of your decision within this period. You may contact us at info@froye.at or use the model withdrawal form provided below.
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days afterwards. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.
Refunds Following a Statutory Withdrawal
Following a valid withdrawal, we will refund the payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.
The refund will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back or you provide evidence that they have been returned, whichever occurs first.
Voluntary Returns After the Statutory Withdrawal Period
For returns made under our voluntary 30-day return policy after the statutory withdrawal period has expired, we will inspect the returned item upon receipt. Once the return has been accepted, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
