Delivery Time & Shipping Costs
We reliably ship our orders with Österreichische Post.
Shipping within Austria
For orders under €80, shipping costs are €5.90.
Delivery usually takes place within 1-2 business days.
Shipping within Europe
For orders under €120, shipping costs are €11.40.
Delivery time is usually 2-5 business days.

Order Confirmation
After successful payment, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email. In this email, you will find your order number and an overview of your purchased products.
Please also check your spam or promotions folder after purchase, in case you don't find the confirmation in your inbox immediately.
Processing Time
All available products are usually prepared for shipping within 1 business day after payment receipt and handed over to Österreichische Post.
Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. For personalized, custom-made, or particularly elaborately packaged products, processing time may be slightly longer. If this is the case, we will of course inform you by email.
Shipping with Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another email with your tracking number. With this number, you can track the current status of your delivery online at any time via the Österreichische Post tracking service.
We prefer to ship our packages with a fast shipping option from Österreichische Post so that your order arrives as quickly as possible.
Delivery Time
The exact delivery time depends on the destination country and the workload of the shipping service provider.
Within Austria, delivery usually takes place within a few business days after handover to the post office. For express shipments within Austria, delivery on the next business day may be possible, depending on the selected shipping method.
Please note that in exceptional cases, for example before holidays, during promotional periods, or due to delays with the shipping service provider, delivery times may be longer.
