Shipping Costs
Austria
For orders under €55.00, shipping is €2.50.
Shipping within Austria is free for orders of €55.00 or more.
Europe
For orders under €69.00, shipping is €3.90.
Shipping within Europe is free for orders of €69.00 or more.
Outside Europe
For orders under €69.00, shipping is €4.90.
The shipping methods available for your delivery address and the final shipping cost will always be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Processing Time
Available products are usually prepared for dispatch within 1 business day after payment has been received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Personalised items, custom orders and pre-orders may require additional processing time. Where applicable, further information is provided on the individual product page.
Delivery Times
After your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery usually takes:
Austria: 1–3 business days (Express 1-2 business days)
Europe: 2–5 business days
Outside Europe: 3–8 business days
Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, public holidays, customs procedures and seasonal demand.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing your tracking number or a link to track your parcel.
