Place an Order

Earn 3 points for every €1 spent on eligible purchases.

For example, if you place an order worth €100, you will receive 300 points.

How to Use Your Points

Once you have collected enough points, you can redeem them for discount rewards.

Order Discount

You can exchange your points for a discount on your order.

100 points = €1 discount

This reward can be used once you have collected at least 1,500 points.
You can redeem up to 20,000 points per order.

Example:
1,500 points = €15 discount
2,000 points = €20 discount
5,000 points = €50 discount

This discount can be applied to eligible orders and is valid for one-time purchases only.

10% Discount Coupon

You can also redeem 1,000 points for a 10% discount coupon.

This coupon is valid for orders over €80 and can be applied to the full order amount.

The 10% discount coupon is available only to the customer who redeemed it and can be used for one-time purchases only.

€5 Discount Coupon

Customers can redeem a €5 discount coupon for eligible orders.

This coupon is valid for orders over €80 and can be applied to the full order amount.

The €5 discount coupon is valid for one-time purchases only.

Referral Rewards

You can also earn rewards by inviting your friends to shop at Froyé.

Reward for the Friend You Refer

When you refer a friend, your friend receives a €5 discount coupon.

Reward for You

After your referred friend completes a qualifying order, you receive a €5 discount coupon as a thank-you from us.

Important Conditions

Rewards and discount codes cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or coupon codes.

Only one reward or discount code can be used per order.

Rewards are valid for eligible purchases only and may require a minimum order value.

Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

Rewards are connected to the customer account and cannot be transferred to another person.
